Shriram Properties has secured a prime 4-acre land parcel on Sarjapur Main Road to develop a marquee high-rise residential community in South-East Bangalore. The project will offer approximately 5 lakh sq.ft of premium saleable area, with modern 2 and 3 BHK apartments designed for nuclear families and working professionals. With an estimated GDV of ₹550–600 Crore, this is Shriram's largest and most ambitious residential launch on this corridor to date. RERA registration is currently under process, and the official launch is planned for the latter half of 2026.
